Encoding and file structure

The use of HachetteDAM requires compliance with common standards for file encoding.

Your contact at HachetteDAM will assign a unique work code to each project, and from that code the Packager will be in charge of naming all the necessary material to carry out the project, following the indications of the Nomenclature Manual.

The use of the following characters when naming files and folders is strictly forbidden: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, :, ., ‘.
