Files & Formats
In the PDF area the files must be Adobe PDF in high resolution with all fonts embedded and in CMYK.
In the Source Files area the files must be Quark or InDesign coded according to the nomenclature manual, together with all the necessary images and vectorial documents and the typographies used. In the case of Marketing material, Illustrator and/or Photoshop documents are accepted instead of InDesign or Quark.
If there are any exceptions to this rule, please inform your HachetteDAM contact and/or Administrator.
All files should be uploaded to the system without compressing, for ease of viewing and/or individual download.
