How to download several files or folders?
The first thing you have to do is activate the actions. At the top right you have a button bar that allows you to activate and deactivate file and folder viewing options. Click on Actions.
This view is saved for the next logins and does not need to be repeated each time you access the system.
Once activated, you will see several icons appear below the files and/or folders you want to download.
Click the Basket button on all the items you want to download.
The selected items will be highlighted in orange.
You can download files and folders simultaneously without problems.
At the bottom right you have an icon that adds all the elements of the screen to your Basket.
Once you have finished selecting the items you want to download, you have to click on Collection to see the contents of your Basket. This icon is at the top left.
When you are in your basket, you can deselect any item if you no longer need it.
Once you have your items defined, click on Download Archive of Files to download all the content.
The last pop-up window is to define the name of the compressed file you are going to download, the compression format and if you want to include the metadata created in HachetteDAM (this is an option we are not currently using)
I recommend that you do not exceed 4 GB of uncompressed file size to ensure that the download is successful.
Your file is being downloaded to your computer.
