How to notify the uploading of material from the Database?
You can access our database by clicking here.
We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your web browser. Please do not use Microsoft Explorer to access the Database or HachetteDAM.

Use the same login details you use for HachetteDAM.
If you do not remember your username and/or password, please fill in this form.

Click on "HDAM_DB".
Some users may have access to several databases.
You may need to re-enter your login details.

Select the country that created the work you want to consult and click on the title.
For this example we have chosen "SF136 - Un mundo de emociones".

Click or tap on the red dots to find out what each number means.

  • Once in the selected country, you will only be able to see the collections you are working on. If your collection does not appear, let your contact at HachetteDAM know.
  • Navigate using the collection browser (1) or the search tool (2) to your collection.
  • Choose the Editorial tab (3). Marketing is not yet operational.
  • Search in the list for the issue you want to notify (5). By clicking on Pend. you can change the status (it is a loop: Pend. - Yes - No).
  • Click on the envelope to send the message to the Production Manager. You will receive a copy of the message for your own control. It is not possible to send the message if the PDF column does not appear as "Yes".
